Turn on two-factor sign-in for every admin

Your admin can see student data and change prices, so every owner and admin should protect their login with a second step.

Turn it on

1. Sign in and open Account › Security.
2. Under two-factor sign-in, select Enable.
3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
4. Enter the code the app shows, to confirm.
5. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. You need them if you lose your phone.

From then on, you enter a code from the app each time you sign in on a new device.

Passkeys

On the same page you can add a passkey, so you sign in with your fingerprint, face or phone instead of a password.

Ask every admin on your team to do this. Shared or weak logins are the most common way accounts are misused.
