Your plan sets your student limit, your monthly AI credits and your commission rates.
Upgrade
Write to us and say which plan you want. The new limits and rates start straight away, and we charge the difference for the rest of the month. See Move from Starter to Growth mid-month.
Downgrade
A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing month. If you have more students than the smaller plan allows, existing students keep their access, but new students cannot sign up until you are under the limit.
Cancel
Write to us before the end of your billing month. Your plan ends at the end of that month. We then:
- pay out any money we owe you,
- give you 30 days to export your students and your content,
- delete your institute's data, as set out in the privacy policy.
There is no setup fee and no minimum term on monthly billing.
