You can unlock anything for a student without them paying, for example a scholarship or a student who paid you in cash.
- Open Students in your admin and pick the student.
- Select Grant access.
- Choose what to unlock: Premium, or one section of an exam course.
- Pick the date the access ends, then grant it.
The student sees it straight away. A free grant has no sale behind it, so there is no commission on it.
Taking it back
On the same page, revoke the access. The student loses it the next time they open a page.
